The firm: Founded in 2009, Bonheur Legal’s quick accession to become a trusted immigration provider to many top businesses is testament to its philosophy of putting clients at the centre of its advice. Founded by Thierry Hervet after starting his career at one of the large US law firms, he remains very hands-on within Bonheur and uses his knowledge and international experience to help the business’ corporate clients structure their global assignments.

Sectors: Clients come from a wide range of sectors including the energy sector (where we represent one of the world’s largest energy companies), the financial services industry (acting as the sole immigration provider to one of the most prominent stock exchanges), the IT and technology sector, the leisure industry, education providers and manufacturing sectors. Bonheur’s experience and understanding of the different sectors that they work with means that they can advise their clients in line with the pertinent immigration rules but also taking into consideration their specific requirements and needs. Bonheur Legal and technology: Bonheur Legal views technology as a very important tool within the legal industry. In this respect we launched the first App committed to Immigration Compliance. Bonheur is also currently developing an HR immigration monitoring software, which is due to be launched later this year.

The firm is looking to continue its growth in the UK and will also continue to develop its HR immigration monitoring software, which aims to help HR professionals remain compliant at all times and facilitates any audit exercises.
