Darren primarily specialises in criminal, regulatory and inquest law, and has been involved in some of the Island’s biggest criminal cases. Darren is known as one of the Island’s leading Criminal Defence Advocates and deals with the whole spectrum of offences from summary to high value white collar crime. Darren has experience in regulatory crime and data protection offences, which is becoming more prevalent in the regulatory age we now live in.
Darren has a reputation for fighting hard for his clients’ rights and looking for practical solutions to the problems his clients face. Darren is a fantastic Court Room lawyer who is well respected amongst his peers and is a tenacious adversary.
