Simon is a Partner in our Property department, who deals with all aspects of residential property work, in particular landlord and tenant matters. He has detailed knowledge and experience in leasehold enfranchisement cases, both for landlords (including large landed estates both in and outside London) and tenants. He also deals with acquisitions and disposals for high-net-worth individuals.
