Position

Recognised by the Legal 500 as a “Rising Star”, Mei has a broad range of experience in commercial litigation and international arbitration. Mei has acted for corporations and high profile individuals in company related disputes particularly minority shareholder and boardroom fall outs. Her significant courtroom experience includes cases in both the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court. Mei has extensive experience in complex multi-jurisdictional arbitrations.  Notable recent arbitrations include a dispute between shareholders of a Russian bank, the arbitration has also resulted in numerous Cypriot and High Court injunctions.  Mei has also recently acted in an arbitration involving a sharesholders’ dispute over a CIS coal mine.

As a result of her multi-jurisdictional case load, Mei often works with lawyers and clients across Europe, CIS and the Middle East.
