Position
Petar is a Solicitor Advocate with experience in complex and high-value commercial disputes before the English High Court and under a variety of institutional arbitration rules (LCIA, ICC, ICSID, Swiss Rules, UNCITRAL and ad hoc). His work mostly involves a cross-border element, in particular related to Russia, the CIS and Eastern Europe. Petar’s recent matters include acting for a claimant in a Russian-related LCIA arbitration claiming orders of payment arising from an agreement for division of assets (circa US$190 million) and assisting a UK oil and gas company in a claim against a former director of its subsidiary in a Balkan country for breach of directors’ duties and fraud.
