Promoting Equality and Diversity

All staff and partners are informed of the firm’s policy, which is also available to clients, and relevant third parties.

The operation of this policy is monitored and reviewed annually. Staff are encouraged to make suggestions for its review and improvement and pass these to the Practice Manager.

The firm’s policies include supporting our staff with flexible working arrangements where we can. Lawyers are able to work remotely, for example, to assist with their family commitments. Given the size and relatively recent establishment of the firm we are able to be flexible and consider requests on an individual basis.

Colleagues who are involved in recruitment respect equality of opportunity and diversity and inclusion. The firm treats all job applicants fairly, applying objective and consistent criteria when recruiting applicants.

The firm runs and in-house training programme every year, and equality and diversity may be included periodically.
