Spearheaded by the excellent Norman Fraser and Christopher Jackson, REN Legal's three-partner team continues to pick up a considerable amount of small to mid-ticket aviation finance work from banks (Erste Group Bank, DVB Bank) as well as aircraft and engine lessors (AerCap, Engine Lease Finance Corporation). The team is also generating more work from airlines including on behalf of new Argentinian low cost carrier, Flybondi, which Adam Longney advised on the negotiation of all its leases to-date for its fleet of Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
