ABOUT US

Miles & Partners was founded in 1996 to offer a modern, accessible approach to legal advice and representation in relation to disputes in family law, mental health and housing.

Based close to Liverpool Street Station, we advise residents and entrepreneurs in East London as well as employees within the City of London.

Our lawyers enjoy working with a diverse clientele - from homeless people to senior executives, from couples seeking to adopt to elderly people with dementia. We act for legal aid and privately funded clients and our approach is highly personalised.

Our team of 20+ lawyers is big enough to tackle the most complex cases, but small enough to retain a friendly and collegiate working atmosphere. Our solicitors represent clients in court, some right through to the higher courts, including the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal, ensuring continuity of representation. We also offer alternative dispute resolution via family mediation and collaborative law.

Miles & Partners enjoys a long-established reputation for being approachable, accessible and, most importantly, successfully – including in a number of landmark cases.
