Richard is a partner at GQ|Littler and co-leads the firm’s international practice from our office in London. He has been an employment law specialist for over 18 years, advising multinational companies on their UK and global HR requirements. He is a frequent speaker on international employment law matters at the IBA, ACC and Littler’s Executive Employer and European Employer Conference.

Before joining GQ|Littler, Richard was a senior lawyer at international law firm Clyde & Co. He also held in-house employment counsel roles at Paramount Pictures and Tata Consultancy Services before founding his own boutique employment law firm (Camfords LLP) which was then acquired by GQ|Littler in 2016.


Richard trained at BDB Pitmans and qualified into the employment department as an associate in 2003. In 2005 Richard moved to Clyde & Co. He then founded Camfords LLP, an employment law boutique, in 2010. Richard joined GQ|Littler in 2016 as a partner following GQ’s acquisition of Camfords LLP.
