Emily works across all areas of employment law including advisory, litigation, and transactional support and is experienced in advising on international projects.

Career

Emily joined GQ|Littler in June 2022 as an associate from international law firm MinterEllisonRuddWatts. She qualified as a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 2017.

Emily has experience across all areas of employment law including employment processes, workplace investigations, human rights, restructuring, confidential information and restraints of trade. She regularly advises clients on data protection and privacy matters and on employment aspects of commercial transactions. Emily also has experience representing clients in employment litigation in New Zealand.
