Trevor Ward joined Fletchers in 2017 having previously been the head of the bodily injury and clinical negligence division in a  Manchester city centre practice for over 25 years.

He has just been appointed chief assessor to the Law Society’s clinical negligence panel having been an assessor to that panel since its inception in the mid-1990s

He has been a AVMA panel member for over from 20 years

He was the lead solicitor in the group action claim arising out of PTSD for combat victims- Multiple claims v Ministry of Defence.

He was the solicitor for Thompstone in the Thompstone group of cases dealing with the indexation of periodical payments. The case won l Trevor leading case of the year for that year.

He continues to represent clients on high-value claims in clinical negligence including significant birth trauma cases, settling cases in the last two years and values ranging between £2M  and £22 million.

He supervises a strong small team of experienced practitioners in high-value and complex claims  and brings an innovative approach to cases working closely with experts and barristers as a team.

His specialties include the trauma, stroke, diabetic, surgical and cancer cases.
