Bev is an experienced real estate lawyer, specialising in residential and commercial development.
Over the last 25 years, Bev has advised some of the UK’s largest property and construction firms and has worked on many flagship developments both in the East Midlands and Nationally, including the regeneration of a Town centre, the development of a 250 acre ex-colliery and many out of town retail and restaurant developments.
Bev deals on a day to day basis with strategic land transactions including land assembly, options, planning promotion and collaboration agreements, conditional contracts, overage agreements.
She also has experience of dealing with complex landlord and tenant matters involving Agreements for Lease, Leases, Surrenders and lease management work.
Bev has been recognised by the Legal 500 as providing ‘sound commercial advice’ and her clients praise her for her in-depth technical knowledge and pragmatic and commercial approach.
