She has considerable expertise in working with public sector and education providers, and with charitable organisations. Having practised for over 15 years, Jo has advised on all kinds of employment related matters, from recruitment to dismissal. She is an experienced tribunal advocate and has successfully defended numerous businesses in employment tribunals.

Jo regularly advises on people issues arising out of mergers, acquisitions and outsourcings, and on the application of TUPE. Jo is also experienced in providing strategic advice on large scale restructurings, trade union issues, restrictive covenant disputes and board level disputes and on exits strategies for senior personnel.  She has been recognised as Recommended Lawyer by Legal 500 2021 and 2022.
