Penny has dealt with all aspects of commercial real estate during her career, having started with receivership sales and management work, moving into landlord and tenant and the last 15 years has been spent on development work, with 12 of those years focusing largely on student accommodation with a cradle to the grave approach.

Penny is involved in site acquisition, often conditional on planning, planning agreements and infrastructure agreements, forward funded development agreements and disposals, and university nomination agreements.
