Dan currently provides support to the Dispute Resolution and Employment teams by managing documents for disclosure, as well as drafting letters before action and researching points of law for a wide range of commercial disputes. Dan has also worked in the Corporate and Banking teams, predominantly working on M&A deals which involve borrower or lender elements. He also has experience in company procedure including company incorporation, drafting ancillary documents and filing & updating changes with Companies House.
