Career

Caroline assists landlords and tenants with the granting and acquiring of leases. She acts for property investors including pension funds.

Caroline assists individuals and companies in the selling and purchasing of businesses, and can advise on commercial property sales and purchases, leases, deeds of variation of leases , rent review memorandums, break clauses, licences, small business sales and disposals and buy to lets.

She liaises with local accountants and estate agents to ensure any deal is done in the most cost and tax efficient way.

Education

Caroline joined Shakespeare Martineau in April 2017, after 11 years as Head of Property at Top 100 Regional Firm, Harrison Clark Rickerbys.
