Brendan has over 30 years’ experience in commercial and residential development. He has advised extensively on major real estate projects, particularly town centre regeneration and mixed use, acting for developers, owners, local authorities and investment vehicles.He focuses on project managing multi-disciplinary legal teams and, acting as a focal interface point between the teams, the clients and their professional advisers, to provide seamless and proactive communication lines and legal advice.

His clients appreciate the certainty and transparency this provides in often complex and fast moving transactions.

In a major highlight, Walsh led advice for Everards Brewery on the sale of the former Brewery site at Castle Acres to Wexford Retail as part of the development of the site into the largest retail scheme planned in the East Midlands. It also acted for The Christian Guild on the procurement of an unusual permissive consent for residential development in St Ives.
