Mark is a skilled Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax planner and adviser with over 30 years’ post-admission experience in this work area.

He is a Professional Financial Deputy in regard to a large number of high value Court of Protection Deputyships, including a large number for brain-injured clients and for those who have suffered from catastrophic physical injuries as a result of clinical and other negligence.

Mark acts as a legal adviser to a number of landed estate clients/trusts. He also acts as an executor, attorney and trustee of a significant number of estates, for individuals, and of private trusts. 

Mark is a past chairman of STEP (East Midlands), a trustee of numerous trusts, of which some are charitable, and is a Court of Protection Financial Deputy for a number of clients, including a number who have brain injuries.
