Career

Hannah is an experienced real estate lawyer, with particular focus on development work, for both residential and commercial projects. She has wide ranging experience of acting for different types of developers across a range of schemes, varying in size, value, development type and complexity.

Hannah works closely with a number of property developers advising upon developments from the initial site acquisition, by way of option agreement or conditional contract, advising upon development agreements all the way through to site set ups for plot disposals. Hannah’s experience includes advising upon complex title matters and working with clients to overcome these to allow development.

She also has experience advising developers upon promotion agreements and contractual joint ventures, and assists on large scale development projects for commercial developer clients, as well as social housing providers.

Hannah has significant experience advising education sector clients upon their property portfolios, including freehold and leasehold acquisitions, lease renewals and licences, and also disposals. Hannah assists our healthcare and education sector team with the property elements of the business sales and purchases, including in particular care homes and dental providers.

Hannah also has experience upon the niche area of leasehold enfranchisement.
