Simon is a commercially focused and entrepreneurial real estate expert known for his calm, practical and commercial approach.

His background is in commercial property, planning and environment law at city firms. His experience is in real estate development, investment and financing as well as landlord/tenant and management work.

Simon has particular expertise in acting for entrepreneurs, family offices, SMEs and HNWs on property led matters often with a corporate/commercial element. Simon acts for overseas funds as the point of contact for all legal matters.

Having been general counsel at a fully listed investment fund, Simon has understands his clients’ drivers and has the skills to work with them adding commercial value as well as legal advice.
