Naomi and her team work together with funders and their customers to ensure a smooth path to completion of a transaction where all parties are satisfied with the terms.
As Head of Corporate Banking, Naomi leads a team where commercial advice and speed of response are key service standards. From advice on how to structure a transaction, to drafting the transaction documents, to ensuring the loans advanced are secured effectively and priority issues dealt with – Naomi is available to advise on all these areas.
Her clients include a number of clearing banks, asset finance funders, challenger banks and peer to peer lenders. She also works for borrowers obtaining finance.
