Ian’s main area of practice is commercial conveyancing specialising in development work, mostly relating to residential property.
He is involved in options, conditional contracts, site assembly and disposal on behalf of a range of developers from individuals through to national firms. Ian also deals with development work on behalf of some housing associations.
