Nicola specialises in medical negligence including claims against NHS Trusts, GP’s, Private Consultants and Care Homes. If you need advice on medical treatment or care that may have gone wrong, Nicola can help.

Nicola has a particular interest in elderly client claims against care homes and hospital trusts and is passionate about trying to improve standards of care for the elderly.

In recent times there has been an increase in the number of gynaecological claims and Nicola spends a large amount of her time working on cases in this area. Nicola has dealt with a number of cases where a patient’s bladder has been injured during Gynaecological surgery, often following removal of an ectopic pregnancy and not diagnosed until some time later by which time it has usually caused irreversible damage.

Nicola co-works with Robert Rose and over the past 6 years they have achieved some excellent settlements on behalf of their clients.
