Career

Danielle joined a local law firm back in her hometown of Bournemouth following her graduation in 2015 and worked in family law prior to completing her two-year training contract, qualifying as a solicitor in 2019. Danielle joined the Private Client team in her previous firm prior to the completion of her training contract and has remained in Private Client since.

Danielle  joined Pinney Talfourd in March 2019 as a Private Client Solicitor and was made an Associate Solicitor in May 2022.

Danielle presents seminars to our clients on Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. Danielle is also the founder and chairperson of our staff wellbeing society, promoting positive relationships between colleagues and wellbeing in the workplace.

Danielle is an experienced probate practitioner able to deal with a wide range of complex cases. Most of Danielle’s cases include Inheritance Tax considerations and often include Trust arrangements.

Danielle is a Trust and Estate Practitioner (STEP).

Education

Danielle studied her law degree at the University of Winchester, graduating in 2015, before completing her legal practice course at Bournemouth University in 2017.
