Position

Paul is a Partner who deals with all forms of commercial property/transactional work including development work and non-contentious property management. Recently he has assisted with  site assembly for a major residential development near the Mancunian Way in central Manchester; negotiated a high value conditional purchase with a consortium of multiple vendors for a major residential development near Deansgate central Manchester; and acted for the site promoter in negotiating a promotion agreement for development of agricultural land in the Blackpool area.  
Paul's clients are primarily developers, investors and landlords. Paul also works for a number of surveyors who instruct him when they have property transactions in their personal capacity and is highly recommended by local commercial property agents.
