Amanda joined Birkett Long in October 2000 as part of the Litigation team. She now deals with all types of will, trust and inheritance disputes, as well as disputes arising in the Court of Protection and leads the specialist team in this area. Amanda was made Partner on 1 June 2011.


Full member of the Association of Contentious Probate and Trusts Specialists, having completed the ACTAPS diploma. Adrian Livesley of Birkett Long and Amanda are two of only a handful of lawyers in the region who are members of the association.
