A Partner in our Corporate team, Dawn bridges the gap between the commercial and legal worlds, positioning herself not just as a lawyer but as a strategic advisor as well. Dawn has considerable knowledge and experience in asset based lending and insolvency and approaches her work from the same commercial standpoint as her clients, frequently highlighting practical implications that go way beyond the legal aspects of the matter.
Dawn has a special interest in refinancing and restructuring matters, advising on a wide range of insolvency related assignments or assisting and advising directors of distressed companies. She is driven by the buzz of seeing an insolvent company rescued and helping all her clients grow and achieve their objectives.
Dawn is the PDT Money Laundering Reporting Officer, IT Partner and assists on the PDT trainee and work experience scheme developing future lawyers.
