Saby Sambhi is a Partner in the Corporate team. He qualified as a Solicitor in 2012 having trained at a niche corporate and litigation City firm, before moving in‑house at a national education and training provider.

Saby initially joined Blacks Solicitors in 2014 as an Assistant Solicitor, becoming an Associate Solicitor in 2016. Having joined the Corporate team of a leading national firm in 2019, Saby re-joined Blacks Solicitors in 2020 as a Senior Associate Solicitor having gained significant experience of private equity backed and multi-jurisdictional transactions.

Saby has experience in all areas of corporate and commercial work, including acquisitions, disposals, restructuring, and shareholders’ agreements.

Whilst Saby acts for a range of clients operating across various industries, he has extensive experience in the Holiday & Home Parks and Telecommunications sectors.
