Sharon is a partner in the corporate team. She specialises in the formation, promotion and management of funds and alternative investment structures, with a particular interest in real estate funds and structures. She advises investment and fund managers/advisers on various funds structures such as investment companies, partnerships (including limited partnerships and LLPs), offshore unit trusts, and combinations of any of them. She also advises a large number of pension fund trustees on the terms of their investments into a variety of pooled funds.
