Nick leads the banking team at Lawrence Graham LLP advising banks and financial institutions on all types of property secured lending transactions, with particular emphasis on investment property, development finance, retail/shopping centres and hotels. In the last two years, Nick s emphasis has shifted to restructuring real estate law, distressed assets and distressed debt. The team has been very successful in these areas, resulting in a strong in-flow of new clients and business.
