Christopher Richards helps clients to manage risk and resolve disputes in a commercial and cost-effective manner. Christopher works with a variety of clients on commercial and professional negligence disputes, both at a pre-action phase and during litigation.

Christopher also advises clients on alternative dispute resolution and pro-active risk management and avoidance.

Highlight

Securing a favourable settlement for a consortium of manufacturers in a complex civil fraud claim involving parallel civil and criminal proceedings. At a slightly different financial level, but no less rewarding, working on a pro bono basis with charity clients to secure payments from difficult suppliers, enabling them to further their charitable work.
