Kam Dhillon is a London-based principal associate. She advises on funds and financial regulation, with an emphasis on the structuring, regulation, management and distribution of various types of fund structures.
She has wide-ranging legal experience, having advised alternative investment fund managers, banks, insurers, broker dealers, exchanges, benchmark administrators, main market and AIM listed entities, pension schemes, payment services firms, consumer credit firms and other market participants on compliance with UK and EU regulation, including FSMA, AIFMD, the UCITS Directive, EMIR, MiFID, MiFID II, MAR, CRR, the SMR and the whistleblowing rules.
Kam has previously worked in-house at Barclays Wealth, advising on domestic and cross border transactions, product development and compliance with new legislative and regulatory requirements.
