Andrew Wright is a solicitor qualified to practice in England and Wales and is a consultant with the firm.
He was formerly senior partner of a leading commercial law firm and built one of the best-known resource teams in the UK, acting for more quoted resource companies than any other UK firm over the last few years. He also led the team that won the English Law Society’s 2008 Excellence award for Excellence in Exporting Legal Services.
Andrew has considerable experience in bringing international companies to the UK markets and particular experience in project managing and coordinating multi-jurisdictional transactions. He led the first Australian dual listing on AIM. He was also responsible for the admission of Highland Gold, one of the largest Russian gold companies.
