Alan is Chairman and Partner with over 40 years’ experience advising on inheritance tax and capital gains tax savings measures including an in-depth understanding of the use of trusts and settlements within tax planning and asset protection. He has acted for landowners and business owners as well as other individuals, specialising in providing tax-efficient solutions in areas such as passing wealth on to future generations. Alan’s expertise also includes the preparation of tax-efficient wills and he also regularly advises on the formation and drafting of trusts documents and family partnerships.
