Dimitri’s practice includes commercial and residential real estate sales and acquisitions, financing transactions, leasing transactions, and development and construction contract negotiation. Dimitri also has experience corporate entity formation, including limited partnership agreements, operating agreements, bylaws and resolutions as well as employment, independent contractor, and non-solicitation agreements. Dimitri has substantial experience representing developers and lenders in all facets of the development and financing of low-income housing and tax credit transactions, which typically include various levels of financing from conventional sources, governmental grants and loans, and tax credits.
