Flora advises on a full range of corporate, securities law and commercial matters, representing entrepreneurs, investors, high net worth individuals, families, family offices, and their businesses.

Having grown up and worked in Hong Kong and the greater China region, Flora has extensive experience and knowledge working with clients based in Asia. With dual legal qualifications in New York and Hong Kong and trilingual language skills (English, Mandarin and Cantonese), Flora often assists clients on various commercial and personal cross-border matters – from capital markets transactions, private investments to immigration planning.

Prior to joining Withers, Flora was trained and worked at Davis Polk & Wardwell’s corporate group.
