Position

Frances is our senior partner and head of our Probate & Estate Administration team. She specialises in probate, trusts, powers of attorney, Court of Protection and deals with legal issues relating to clients who are elderly, disabled or vulnerable. She acts as a professional executor, trustee, attorney and Court of Protection deputy.

Career

Joined Wilsons as a trainee legal executive 1986; fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives 1995; appointed head of the probate department 1999; promoted to head of the combined probate and trust administration department 2006; qualified as a solicitor 2008; partner 2008 to date.

Frances is a member of the Court of Protection Practitioners Association and the Law Society Private Client Section.
