Stuart is one of the founding Partners of Davitt Jones Bould.
He specialises in Commercial Property law and is renowned for his techncial expertise. Stuart is a specialist adviser to a number of government departments in relation to complex matters.
Stuart recently advised HM Treasury on the property aspects of the sovereign Sukuk Bond, the first to be entered into by a Western Government.
