Highlights include advising:

• Telefonica and Vodafone on their network consolidation via a joint venture company.  This involved  over 3800 sites with a rent roll in excess of £43million. The lifetime value of the agreement is just under half a billion pounds.

• Telefonica on all of the telecommunications issues relating to the London 2012 Olympic Games.

• Burberry in connection with the grant of additional floor space and associated licence for alterations for their New Cathedral Street store in Manchester.

• German fashion giants Bijou Brigitte on their store roll out in the UK.

• General Electric on the sale of its property portfolio worth £1billion to Blackstone Group.

• Government clients including Highways England, Care Quality Commission, Natural England and Defra on their estates management issues.
