Tina spent nine years at magic circle law firm Clifford Chance LLP before joining DJB.  She is recognised as a leading commercial property lawyer, having advised clients including Barclays Bank, General Electric, Lloyds Banking Group, Credit Suisse and Network Rail.  Tina can add significant value for in-house lawyers by drawing on her experience of working in-house at E.ON UK, Horizon Nuclear Power Limited and NPower.   Since joining DJB Tina has advised on some key projects including the London office move of the Attorney General’s Office.

• Attorney General’s Office on the relocation of their London HQ.

• A banking organisation on the acquisition a large portfolio from Lloyds Banking Group secured by 141 commercial real estate properties in Europe, primarily in the Nordic region with a market value of €808million.

• Network Rail on the property and commercial aspects of the £500 million restoration plan in and around King’s Cross Station.

• Legal & General UK Property Income Fund (PIF) on the purchase of Fremlin Walk, a shopping centre in Maidstone for over £90 million

• Metrovacesa and its subsidiaries on the initial investment and development of Walbrook Square for £240 million.

• Mitsui Fudosan UK Limited on the acquisition of the BBC Centre in Wood Lane via a JV between Mitsui, a Canadian pension fund and Stanhope plc.

• A national pub operator on the Real Estate aspects of its £2.7 billion acquisition of 1,800 pubs from a competitor.

• General Electric on the sale of the Baglan Plant.

• Barclays Bank in respect of the refinancing of an existing loan facility to a borrower company with 16 further properties coming into the security package.

• A government-owned company in connection with its development of a new business district in Jersey
