Emma also acted for investors, developers and management companies with mixed use property portfolios dealing with a large variety of commercial property matters. Emma’s expertise includes the full spectrum of estates management issues, acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work and refinancing. Prior to joining DJB, Emma was a founding Partner at a boutique law firm in London. Emma is a Senior Advocate Member of Real Estate Balance and an active member of the Leisure Property Forum.
