Stephanie is a specialist Planning Solicitor.  She was recognised as one of the top 10 local authority planning lawyers in Planning Magazine’s annual surveys in 2020 and 2021. 

Stephanie has substantial experience in Planning, CPO, Highways and Local Government law.  She has advised both public and private sector clients, managing high profile and innovative regeneration and infrastructure projects across the UK.

Stephanie understands the inner workings of local government, including the challenges and pressures on their in-house lawyers having worked in-house at two authorities including Manchester City Council’s Regeneration Team.

Stephanie is also a founder committee member of the North West Women in Planning group.

  • Greater Manchester Combined Authority in respect of a complex and controversial joint development plan document for nine Greater Manchester district.

  • On complex CPO-led regeneration projects delivering excellent client service to high profile public and private sector clients including Land Securities, Lendlease, Hammerson and Cheshire East Council.

  • Crossrail, London Underground, HS2, Hovis and Manchester United Football Club in respect of high-value and complex CPO compensation claims arising out of major infrastructure projects.
