Career
During a career spanning almost forty years, Ian Pope was a partner in two City of London law firms and has many years’ experience of advising in and conducting a wide range of general commercial litigation cases.
He specialises in the resolution of disputes, whether through litigation, arbitration or mediation. His caseload has included disputes between company shareholders, negligence claims against professional advisors, debt recoveries, contract and partnership disputes.
Ian acts on behalf of officeholders in both personal and corporate insolvency matters.
