Position

Partner in the firm’s commercial litigation team within the dispute resolution department based at the Liverpool office. Craig has extensive experience dealing with interim injunctive relief applications, breach of contract and tortious matters, ‘unfair prejudice’ and shareholder disputes, restrictive covenants and restraint of trade, intellectual property disputes, professional negligence and risk management related disputes in the Chancery, Mercantile and Commercial courts and all forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution (particularly mediation).

Career

Articled Mace & Jones 1980-82; qualified 1982; partner 1986 (merged with Weightmans May 2011).

Member

Society for Computers and the Law.

Education

The Regis School, Tettenhall; Liverpool University; College of Law, Chester (Law Society Finals).
