Martin’s depth of technical knowledge, understanding of issues faced by police forces and his clear vision of what excellent service looks like means he leads the field in this sector. Regularly provides police forces and authorities with strategic insight on future challenges. Clients benefit from his track record in working closely with them as an extension of their team to deliver results and save them money. Has written and lectured on police issues and risk management to a wide variety of police forces and their authorities. Detailed working knowledge of the systems and procedures relating to the provision of legal services to large high-profile public sector organisations.
