Yvonne Hudders
Position
Yvonne is a Principal Associate in the Casualty team and is based in our Birmingham office. On joining Weightmans in 2009, Yvonne brought extensive experience of acting on behalf of local authorities and public sector clients. Yvonne’s practice is broad and covers speciality claims such as historic child abuse claims, providing safeguarding advice as well as general public sector issues such as GDPR breaches, Human Rights type claims, flooding as well as complex injury work.
Yvonne regularly provides training for clients on a variety of topics and often lectures at national conferences.
Yvonne is a member of FOIL (Forum of Insurance Lawyers). Admitted as a solicitor in 2006 and a Fellow of CILEX in 2000.
