Zoe joined Weightmans in 2006 as a newly qualified solicitor. Zoe is dual qualified (England & Wales and Scotland) with extensive experience in industrial disease litigation and casualty claims.

Zoe has provided strategic claims advice to local authorities, police forces and large corporates and has recognised expertise within the legacy market.

Zoe has had regular involvement in providing risk management advice based on actuarial data to large, self-insured clients in order to help manage their claims liabilities and reserves, as well as giving training and advice on discreet issues.

Zoe is based in our Glasgow office and currently handles a broad mix of claims, including high value asbestos-related diseases, EL/PL and RTA claims, both north and south of the border.
