 Karl is head of our built environment segment. He specialises in all aspects of commercial property law including commercial and residential development, landlord and tenant and acquisitions and disposals. Karl is also an acknowledged expert in the field of urban regeneration, dealing with complex and high-value projects for both the public and private sectors.
Karl specialises in city centre regeneration and is an acknowledged expert in the development market with active public and private sector clients. He advised Greater Manchester Arts Centre on the new development of HOME at First Street Manchester. It is the largest arts centre outside of London. Karl is the client relationship partner for Manchester City Council, Co-operative Group, Peel Group, Bruntwood and Pets at Home. Karl has recently been instructed by Manchester City Council in connection with the redevelopment of Oxford Road Railway Station in Manchester.
