 Faraz is an experienced commercial litigation solicitor, having practised exclusively in this field since he qualified in 2013. He is a member of our construction team.
 He regularly advises large national organisations, academic institutions, hotels, top flight football clubs, SMEs and high net-worth individuals on varying disputes focussing on breach of contract, fraud, reputation management, including defamation, construction and insolvency.
 Prior to joining Weightmans, Faraz spent several years at a large regional practice where he acted for both claimants and defendants in mostly large value disputes (multi track) at both County Court and High Court.
 Faraz is results focussed and he always will secure the best outcome for his client, delivered in a cost effective and transparent manner. He has developed an extensive network of specialist barristers in the region and nationally whom he often works alongside on more complex disputes.
 Faraz has developed a broad understanding of the education sector and often is instructed by academic institutions nationally to intervene with disputes prior to them becoming contentious and costly. He is also an active member of Education Group.
