Position
Ann joined the firm in 2019 having qualified as a solicitor in 2004. Since that time she has worked almost exclusively in the field of high-value personal injury and has over 15 years’ experience dealing with spinal and head injury claims of the utmost severity.
She has a particular interest in fatal injury claims and her practice also covers claims involving amputations, severe orthopaedic injuries, chronic pain and post-concussion syndrome. She also advises on policy coverage issues related to personal injury claims.
Ann represents a number of different insurers and has a full range of experience defending employers’ liability, public liability, occupiers’ liability, product liability, construction and agriculture-based claims and road traffic accident claims as well as cases involving a foreign element.
